address, phone numbers or email will never be sold, rented or given
to any outside companies and is strictly for our use in processing
your order(s). We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, Debit Card,
eCheck and Electronic Transfers. Orders will be charged to the account
you designate by the processing company we use, PayPal, as soon as
they are received, starting the order process. Orders will be shipped only to the address shown by the cardholder
or account holder’s issuing credit card company or bank. Orders may be cancelled at anytime prior to shipment by sending
an email to kas@karenswieton.com. Please provide
your order information in the email. Most orders ship within 7 days of receipt of your order providing the
merchandise is in stock. Out of stock items are usually shipped within 14 days. For items
backordered for a period longer than 14 days, we will notify you by
email with an expected shipping date. There is no sales tax on clothing within the state of Pennsylvania. No sales
tax will be collected. Merchandise should be inspected carefully upon receipt. We offer a
30 day in house warranty against manufacturer defects. Please contact
us by email if you have any problems after 30 days and we will make
every effort to resolve the problem. All returns must be received by The Karen Hinson Company at
1518 Huron Drive, Sinking Spring, PA 19608 within 30 days from
original delivery date. Returns RECEIVED within 2 weeks from your
original delivery date will be refunded to the original payment card, less
shipping/handling/insurance costs. Please include a signed note with
your return indicating if you prefer refund, credit or exchange. Tracking
information will be used to determine when an order was delivered and received as a return. Returns RECEIVED 2 to 4 weeks AFTER the
original delivery date will count toward merchandise exchange only, less
the shipping/handling/insurance costs. All returns are recommended through UPS, Federal Express, DHL or
via the USPS Registered, so you may track the return. For your
protection against loss, we recommend that you insure merchandise
for its full value. All merchandise must be in its original condition with original
packaging, boxes, tags, etc. to qualify for return. NO EXCEPTIONS. Merchandise credits must be used within 6 months from the initial date
of purchase. |
